The online registration form (blue button) and the waiver form below (orange button) are required for all participants. Online submission of the forms are required prior to participants' first class . COVID-19 precautions are in place according to Alameda County protocols: social distancing maintained, hand hygiene performed (hand gel will be provided), face masks required, & body temperatures measured upon entering the building. The studio will be sanitized between each class.
